Each Princess Picnic will include:

A 1 hour luxury picnic experience in the location of your choice
A 30 minute character interaction with your child's favorite character. The experience can include any of the following: story time, themed games, photo opportunities, a happy birthday song
Beautifully styled table décor to match the theme of your choice
Pillows and blankets for seating
Kid friendly but elegant place setting with plastic water goblets, plates and cutlery OR tea party setting with tea cups, saucers, spoons and plates (ages 6+). For tea setups for children under 6 we use luxury disposable teacups
Set up and take down
Letter board with a custom message of your choice
Kid friendly charcuterie board
Choice of fruit punch, berry lemonade, soda or water for each child

Our princess picnics take all the best parts of our classic luxury picnics and make them kid-friendly! Picnics will be set up with kid-safe table settings, a kid-friendly charcuterie board and their choice of beverage. You can choose from our classic themes or we can customize a theme to match the character you choose for your child's character experience.

The magical character of their choosing will be waiting at their picnic when they arrive and will stay for photos, games, story time and more! After 30 minutes the character will say their goodbyes so your child can enjoy the rest of their picnic time with their friends.

Princess Picnic: 2 children

$300 + travel

1 hour luxury picnic with a 30 minute character experience during picnic

Add additional guests

+$50 for each additional child

We can accommodate picnics for groups up to 16

Add additional character

+$50/character for half hour

Add additional time

+$30/half hour

Recommended for groups larger than 8 or if you will have additional activities during the party like gift opening, cake cutting, games. +$30/half hour for extra picnic time, +$30/half hour for extra princess time
