Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the date, in addition to a $100 security deposit that will be refunded following your event, provided there is no damage to equipment, facilities or venue used. Payment can be made by credit/debit card and e-check.
Wild Rose Picnics LLC provides services typically throughout the Portland metro area. Travel fees will be charged based on the location of the event. In the event parking fees are required for certain venues, the Client will be responsible for these fees.
All equipment supplied is to be returned in the same condition received and on or before the agreed-on date of return. The person(s) hosting the event shall be responsible for any loss, damage, or extensive cleaning to any items such as glasses, plates, vases, linens, decorations, and add-ons. Fees will apply for sourcing and replacement to any items damaged, stolen or lost. These fees must be paid within 3 days of such loss or damage unless agreed otherwise. If payment is not made within 3 days, you agree to have the card you have on file automatically charged. Wild Rose Picnics LLC will not be held responsible for any damages, injuries, or harm related to the picnic.
Unfortunately, since the consumption of alcohol is not permitted in most public parks, we do not provide alcohol for our picnics. Alcohol you choose to bring for consumption is at your own discretion and risk, ONLY in permitted venues and private residences. It is the responsibility of the Client to check alcoholic beverage laws for the venue (private or public), or private or public space being used for the picnic. Alcohol consumption in prohibited areas such as public parks may result in fines from the city. Wild Rose Picnics LLC takes no responsibility for any alcohol consumption or penalties incurred.
We want you to enjoy your picnic to the fullest, and we understand that unpredictable weather does happen, especially in the Pacific Northwest. For this reason, we ask that all bookings have an alternate location, either indoors or under a shelter, in the event of bad weather. We also offer the option of renting our canopy tent.
We understand that life happens, and we strive to be as flexible as possible with our Clients. While we do not allow cancellations, we are happy to reschedule your picnic if something comes up, provided that you kindly notify us at least 14 days before your picnic date. We will be happy to reschedule you for another date within 3 months of your original scheduled date. If you notify us between 7 and 14 days before your event, a 15% rescheduling fee will incur. We are not able to take reschedules less than 7 days away from your event date. Please also note we cannot guarantee that our partners will be able to accommodate your requested reschedule date. Additional fees may be required for services/products provided by partners that cannot be refunded.
We have the right to refuse service to anyone. Wild Rose Picnics LLC is not liable for any damages or harm caused by our equipment, food or beverage (whether provided by us, our partners, or yourself), or employees. Upon submitting your booking, you are agreeing that you have read and fully understand the Terms and Conditions and you knowingly and willingly release all liability from Wild Rose Picnics LLC.
